the room was small. it was almost impossible for two people to move around comfortably. the air conditioning didn't work, the room remained very hot even after adjustments were made. the pillows were not comfortable.

a treasure near the arc

the location was unbeatable, just steps from the arc de triomphe with the eiffel tower visible from my room window. i found great access to public transport quite convenient plus many restaurants nearby. the hotel beds were fantastic offering a restful sleep each night.
The room lacked sufficient towels. We did not receive enough towels , a small inconvenience.

the breakfast featured freshly baked goods, it offered a rich selection with many choices available. coffee was served directly at the table with different specialty options provided, such as cappuccinos or lattes.

the location worked well for exploring the area. the shower was fantastic with good water pressure. breakfast included a satisfactory selection of items each morning.
The room was very small. Opening a large suitcase proved difficult.

the location is near the arc de triomphe and a metro station, so it gives easy access to many sites. several restaurants surround the hotel, and the area generally feels safe for walking at night.

the reception staff are friendly. one front desk staff member, lou, was particularly cute. the staff are customer service oriented and seem happy to help guests.
